In addition to his significant leadership role in the Scout movement, Mr. Carto serves as the Procurement and Operations Executive at Banks DIH Ltd., a position he has held since October 1999, showcasing an impressive tenure of 24 years and 4 months. David Carto's educational journey is marked by academic excellence, with a Master of Science degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus. His commitment to continuous learning is further underscored by his earlier studies at the University of Guyana, where he pursued a high school education at St. Joseph's High School, graduating in the class of 1992. The culmination of his professional expertise and dedication to the values of scouting converged when David Carto was elected as the President of the Scout Association of Guyana during its 111th Annual General Meeting. This notable achievement reflects both his standing within the scouting community and his leadership capabilities. In the wake of the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the AGM marked a significant milestone for the Scout Association, and David Carto's election as President adds a new chapter to the organization's legacy. Ramsay Ali

Ramsay Ali holds the position of First Vice-President within the Scout Association of Guyana, contributing significantly to the organization's leadership and initiatives. With a rich and diverse professional career spanning since 1988, Ramsay has dedicated himself to the fields of sales and marketing. His journey includes roles at renowned companies such as Colgate Palmolive in 1988, Banks DIH Ltd in 1990, and Sterling Products Ltd in 2004. Throughout his career, Ramsay Ali has developed a notable skill for fundraising, evident in his chairmanship of both the Fund Raising and Building committees for the reconstruction of the Sacred Heart Church, a project that successfully raised G$145M and concluded with the church's reopening on December 6th, 2015. As the CEO of Sterling Products Ltd and Vice President of the GMSA (Guyana Manufacturing and Services Association), Ramsay leverages private sector support and collaboration for initiatives such as the GRPA (Guyana Responsible Parenthood Association). Over the last 15 years, he has actively engaged in supporting the younger generation's development, serving as the President of the Scout Association of Guyana and contributing to various sports organizations. Ramsay Ali is an advocate for the growth of small agro-processors, dedicating the past 5 years to supporting them in areas such as package and label development, quality control, and marketing through his role as Vice President of the GMSA. His educational background includes studies at Queens College and the University of Western Ontario, Canada. Currently, Ramsay volunteers his time with several esteemed organizations, holding roles such as Vice President of the Scout Association of Guyana, President of the Guyana Manufacturers and Services Association, Vice President of the Georgetown Cricket Club, Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Guyana Book Foundation, and serving on the boards of IPED (Institute of Private Enterprise Development), St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, and the Guyana Responsible Parenthood Association. His multifaceted contributions reflect his commitment to various aspects of community development and leadership.

He became a member of the Queen's College cadets and the Scouts at an early age and has remained a resident of the Scout Association ever since. Ron's passion for Scouting is evident in his dedication to the movement and his commitment to serving the community. He has served as a leader and mentor to many Scouts and has contributed significantly to the development of Scouting in Guyana. Ron's contributions to Scouting are a true testament to his character, leadership, and unwavering commitment to serving others. He is also a member and Past President of the Rotary Club of Georgetown Central.

Currently, she selflessly lends her support to the Sacred Heart Parish as the church secretary and actively participates in various committees as needed. Donna's commitment to community service extends to her involvement with the Scouts Association of Guyana, a journey that began over 15 years ago when she assumed the role of a Cub Scout leader with the Saints Stanislaus College Scout Group. Her dedication and passion for scouting are evident in her previous role as a Cub Assistant and Cub Scout Akela at the St. Stanislaus College Scout Group, Troop 25. Donna Vieira's involvement in scouting goes beyond mere participation; it is a testament to her belief in the positive impact scouting can have on the younger generation. Through her extensive experience and firsthand understanding of the benefits of scouting, she aspires to witness the next generation evolve into strong individuals, contributing positively to the development of both the association and the country at large.
